    • I thank you for your sentiments, but there is no chance of that. This blog is closing permanently at the end of the month.

I started KKR to help promote my book, with the hope that I could offer other authors guest spots here, ideally in return for guest spots at their blogs. But that turned out to be a largely futile effort. And, now that my book is no longer available, and I have no plans to re-publish it, there is no point in keeping this blog active. There are other things which I want to do with my time.

      Regards,

      Kat

  1. i am so sorry to hear that. You had a great blog. Good luck iwth whatever you are going to do next, and I hope you decide to self publish that book one day. Take care of yourself,

    • Thank you for your kind words!

I am only closing Kathryn Kane — Romance. However, at least for the foreseeable future, I will continue to publish my Regency history blog, The Regency Redingote. That will keep me busy enough.

While dealing with the publication of my first book, I discovered how much I hate the promotional side of that process. So it is highly unlikely I will ever revisit book publishing in the future. There are so many other things I would rather do with my time.

Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to comment.

      Regards,

      Kat
